Working With Your User Profile

Welcome to The Clear Path To Cash App! Your user profile is where you can manage important account settings and customize your experience. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the following tasks:

Adding/Changing Company Name

To add or change your company name on The Clear Path To Cash App, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner to access your user profile.
3. Locate the “Name” section and enter the name you want displayed in the upper right corner of the app.
4. Enter your new company name and click “Save” to update your profile.

Adding/Changing Company Logo

Customizing your profile with a company logo is a great way to personalize your experience. You logo will be displayed in the upper left corner of each page of the app, and on the cover page of any PDF’s you create with the app. Here’s how you can add or change your company logo (size restrictions apply):

1. Log in to your account.
2. Access your user profile by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner.
3. Scroll down to the “Company Logo” section and click the “Choose File” button.
4. Select the image file you want to use as your company logo and click “Save.”
5. If you chose not to add a logo when you add your Company name, simply check the “Update Without A Logo” box to skip this step.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription to The Clear Path To Cash App, please use the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION link in your User Profile. Contact customer support using the support link at the bottom left corner of the app if you have trouble using this feature. We will guide you through the cancellation process and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Adding/Inviting Team Members

If you want to collaborate with team members or share access to The Clear Path To Cash App subscription, follow these steps to add or invite them:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Visit your user profile by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner.
3. Navigate to the “Team Management” section.
4. Enter the email address of the team member you want to invite and click “Add Member.”
5. Your invited user will receive an email with instructions to create a log in for your account. The invited user must have the same email address domain as the subscribed user.

Log Out

When you’re done using your account, it’s essential to log out to ensure the security of your information. Here’s how you can log out:

1. Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner to access your user profile.
2. Select and click the “Log Out” button.
